[News] The Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC) to attend at ADR Week 2025 in Kuala Lumpur

From 30 June to 4 July 2025, ADR Week 2025 will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under the theme:

“Inclusive and Sustainable Dispute Resolution: Responsible ADR for a Stronger ASEAN.” Co-hosted by Legal Plus and L2 i-CON International, in collaboration with regional and international partners, the event highlights the critical role of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in fostering legal and commercial harmony across ASEAN, while promoting inclusive, ethical, and long-term approaches to dispute resolution.

The week begins with a 1.5-day flagship Construction Claims & ADR Conference, followed by half-day focused sessions hosted by respected organisations and institutions from across the region.

With over 70 international and regional moderators and speakers, KL ADR Week 2025 is the region’s premier platform for advancing Responsible ADR and sustainable dispute resolution.

Main Conference Sessions:

• Day 1 – 30 June 2025 (08:00–17:45)
  Venue: Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Kuala Lumpur
• Day 2 – 1 July 2025 (08:30–12:35)
  Venue: The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur

As a Supporting Organization, the Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC) will participate and contribute to the program. On 30 June 2025 (afternoon session), Mr. Phan Trong Dat Acting Director of VMC, will deliver a presentation titled: “Mediating Construction Disputes in Vietnam: Practices and Lessons for ASEAN.”
